Order Cancellation Policy

At AeroCart, we understand that plans can change. We've made our cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible so you always know where you stand.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return or exchange under our Returns Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation. You can reach us at support@aerocart.store. We will do our best to accommodate your request promptly.

Cancellation Confirmation

Once your cancellation has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been shipped, are in transit, or have been marked as fulfilled cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
